Virtual Event

The Global ConNEXTions event is normally presented as an in-person event featuring hands on experiences for attendees. When the 2020 pandemic forced the event organizers to transition to a virtual experience, Videosync was asked to assist in producing the event for braodcast.

The registered event featured a live band with nine singers, speakers and video content which was broadcast to attendees via an online meeting platform and live to the clients app. Session speakers were able to see some of the 1,200 registered attendees via a series of screens.

The event featured a 9’ tall by 30’ wide LED screen for speaker content and band backgrounds, seven cameras, two media servers, and a broadcast audio suite.
